Weapons
Lets start with explaining your new weapon. This weapon is yours and yours alone. It is a basic weapon of any kind, nothing fancy, just basic. Like a rapier, a katana, or even a badao. A knife, dagger, tanto, or roman short sword.
This blade is as I said earlier, only yours. Others may be able to grab it and use it, but its true potential, and power can only be obtained by you.
A secret to your full potential, is the full potential of your blade. Once strong enough, once you understand enough about your blade something close to amazing happens. You are able to draw out the true power of your weapon and yourself, it takes the shape of the weapon in your heart and enhances your own powers substantially.

Powers
Now lets talk about your Powers. Everyone is born attuned to a specific power, that has come to be known as energy. This energy can be most everything from elemental, to mental and physical abilities. Chose an ability and get it approved by staff and you will be ready to roll. It will be in a very basic and weak form until you unlock the transformation of your weapon, then your powers near double.
Five Steps to Creating a New Power
1. Element (From any number of nature elements to universal, or even mental to physical.)
2. Concept (How does the element act and its varied effects)
3. Application (How do you use/activate it. Words? Hand gestures? A dance that involves nine different steps, highly trained elephants and a pyrotechnician?)
4. Test Runs (Surely you didn't get it right the first time? You need at the very least one of these. Please add a link to the thread.)
5. Final Product (There she is, miss america~! But really this is the power in its final form.)

Power measurement
The measurement of Power Scale is simple enough. Someone with the most basic everything from magic to their weapon is weaker than someone who has moved to the next form, so on and so forth, this by no means says that someone who just started can't beat someone who has nothing left to unlock, it just means more to work with.
