Alias: If your character goes by anything else in the other world
Age: simple, how old are you
Height: obviously, please use feet and inches
Weight: please use pounds
Blood Type: (Human, God, Demos)
Appearance: An image is fine, some explanation is useful.
Other World Appearance: How you look when the world changes at night, again an image is fine, but an explanation helps.
History: A tidbit about your life in the modern world before the world started changing at night
Weapon: please talk about your basic Weapon here with an image if possible.
Inventory: You don't start with anything, but you will need this later.
Magic: You don't know any when you start, but you need this for later anyways.
